stop and stare.

2008.
it has arrived!

last night, my love and i spent the evening together. we started out at a place called the Gold Fish, we were going to have dinns there.. but decided that nothing on the menu was really catching our eyes. so we each had a drink (as to not upset the waitress).. and then bolted out of there to Joey's.
we love joeys... so we were definitely glad to be somewhere were the atmosphere was a bit more our taste.. so we had dinner and drinks and spent a good three hours just sitting with each other and doing a bit of cuddling in our booth.
afterwards dale wanted to go to the casino.. so we headed off to there.. and tried our luck at guessing lucky numbers for roulette. we had no luck.. so we got hats and noise makers, and left around 11.
we then went to the bar/lounge at our hotel and had a final drink before the clock struck 12. we went up to our room to watch the countdown, and then had a new year's photo shoot which included jumping on the bed and wearing our hats. haha.

then we slept in our king sized bed, and were late for our check out..
