Within two days time, I will be back in Victoria! I am really looking forward to getting back to school and into the swing of things. The most exciting thing about going back to Victoria is having my boy by my side. I am so happy that we won't have to do long distance this year. Last year was really hard on us...so this year is going to be jazzy!

Last night, I had a bit of a going away get together. A few of my closest loves showed up and I had quite a great time.

I don't have much to write, because I am just getting too excited! hahaa.

I have been on summer vacation for five days. I am loving it haha. I haven't been up to much this week, but have been busy. On Monday it was extremely hot, so Dale and I went out to the lake. Then, I was back in town for dinner and to visit with company we had. On Tuesday I did a big shop at the Superstore for some staple fall clothes. Then we had a lunch out with our company. After that, I had to get my cavities filled. I was a nervous wreck, but managed to do just fine, and it was not that bad at all! Later that afternoon, I went out to St. Eugene to give a tour to our friends. That evening I hung out with Tash and Dale. On Wednesday... I have no idea what I did. Thursday I visited with Bean in the morning, and then Chels and Tash in the afternoon. Dale and I watched Gladiator that evening, and visited DQ. Yesterday, I spent the day with Tash and Chels. In the evening, we all went out for drinks and appys with our boys, and then to Mistys for dancing. This week was so much fun (as compared to last week), and there was a ton of people there to see.

Today, I am heading to the gym, and later out to the lake for dinner and a sleepover with Dale. Wow, I am headed back to Victoria so so so soon! Dale is leaving on Wednesday, and I'll be there Friday night.

Today is my last shift at Dairy Queen! I am beyond excited to be done there. While I was more than happy to get back into DQ mode in May, I am now worn out from that style.

This past week has been a good one. I spent a ton of time with my besties. One night Tash, Chels, and I got together for a visit, and ended up drinking may Roy Rogers. So we turned that night into a sleepover. It was fun. The next day, the girls came over again but this time to make dinner! It was such a good dinner that I ended up making it again for my family two days later haha. On Friday, I hung out with a few friends and my boy at Tasha's house. We had a good time there drinking and eating popcorn. Then we all headed out to Misty's. Despite a bit of a bump in the road at the end of the night.. it turned out to be a good one with the help of Dale and Scott looking after us.

Anyways, I should be getting ready now.

contemplating august

It has been quite some time since I have written! I have been up to NOTHING as of late, just finishing my last few weeks of work. Last week though, I took three days off to fly out to Victoria to see Lex and set up our new place. Our place is beautiful. It is actually a dream condo haha. I am so glad that we were that lucky to find Richmond Gate. I also made my way up to Nanaimo to pick up some things from my Uncle's and see Lauren! It was so good to talk to her and catch up. My Mom flew in the next day, and we spent all day shopping for things for the apartment. It was pretty fun, but tiring! haha.

I came home Thursday night, and went for dinner with Dale. Then we went to support the kids for Miracle Treat Day at DQ. It was their busiest day yet, and I wish I had been there to help out! I spent the rest of the weekend working my butt off, and now I have two days off to start off the week. Then its back to work for the rest of the week.. but Sunday is my last day! I am beyond thrilled.

We have a bad ant problem in our house.. so today I am off to get some shit to kill them and then to the gym. The rest of the day is filled with relaxing I think.. and it's ugly out! boo. Later tonight I am hoping to have a visit with Tash, and then out to Dale's cabin for a bit of a get together.

Springy Point was wonderful this year! I missed out on last year .. but this year I went for about 4 full days. It was so much fun. Dale and I headed out around 4 on Thursday afternoon. We had the longest wait everrrr at the border.. and ended up being there for an hour. We made it just in time for happy hour and dinner. Most of our days consisted of beaching it, morning walk, or afternoon bike ride and swimming. On Saturday Dale, James, and I went into Spokane to shop a bit. We came back just in time for a bike ride and dip before Dale had to leave. However, just as Dale was about to leave some people told us about a fire on the bridge to get to Sanpoint and then home. Dale went to check it out, and see how long the wait was.. so we all said our goodbyes and took group pictures. After Dale left I started slurping back the margaritas cause I was sad that he had to leave...then I got a text saying he was coming back for the rest of the evening and the night! The line was too long to wait, and so he decided to leave early the next morning. So Sunday, Dale left and the Taylor's and Knipe's went into Sandpoint for a few hours to look at the shops. Then, back home to swim and tan. The rest of the time there was just beach time. We left yesterday morning... and I wished we could have stayed for another week!

As soon as we were home, I had to start packing things to put into the Uhaul for Mark to take to Victoria today. After that, Dale and I finally got to see Batman! I was so so so excited to finally see it. It was a really good show.

Today I just worked until two.. and later I'm off to the gym.. then drinks and a movie with Dale.

Tomorrow I work all day. BOO. But, only about two more weeks of work.. and then some more vacation time! yeeow.

It's been awhile since I have written! Since being back from Calgary I've just been hanging out, working, and planning things for the move back to Victoria. The other night I went out for drinks with my besties .. it was really fun; we just drank and talked and laughed. I didn't do much on the weekend because of work. But yesterday (Sunday), I only had to work until two. So Dale and I went out to the lake for some good tanning time. We even went swimming! It was a good afternoon. Dale and I tried to go see Batman for the second time last night, but again, it was sold out. Maybe we will try again tomorrow?

I have the day off tomorrow, and I have plans to meet up with a few friends for visits and phone chats. I am quite excited.

Thursday afternoon...I work until two again and then Dale and I are going to head out to Sandpoint! I have been waiting for this camping trip for months, so I hope it's good. My family left today... they are in Sandpoint but at a different campground until Thursday when they will go to Springy Point. I think Dale is staying until Sunday because he is going on a fishing trip on Monday. I think I'll be staying until Tuesday and then coming back with my family.

This summer is flying by, especially this month. I can't believe it. It's hard to think that I'll be back in Victoria in a month and a bits time. Wow.
